working with me, you’ll receive care that is:

authentic, collaborative and relational.

I believe that:

relationships are a foundational piece of our existence.

We will spend many sessions getting to know each other as healing happens through community and trust in each other and ourselves.

humans desire to be seen, heard and known.

Our time together is tailored to meet your needs, no matter how long it takes to feel comfortable together.

therapy is colonized and political.

I am committed to actively unlearning my internalized white supremacy and building my skills to decolonize mental health.

All are welcome in my practice to exist however they desire.

In my practice, I promote a safe and supportive client-centered environment that encourages personal reflection; social justice and responsibility; and inclusion and advocacy.

I use a person-centered approach with an integration of several different theories from a neuroaffirming perspective.

In any session, we might listen to our bodies on the playground, walk the neighborhood, use the Minecraft sandtray or craft to make sense of our world.

I encourage and welcome speaking with your medical team, teachers and families to create the most holistic support system.

"“To build community requires vigilant awareness of the work we must continually do to undermine all the socialization that leads us to behave in ways that perpetuate domination.”
